| Comments: POLICE - MOFFETT, WILLIAM Please provide a floor plan indicating each room/use, locations of doorways, stairwells and elevators. Per Sec. 24-5508 of the County Code, a Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design Plan will be required for the proposed structure/disturbed site that will need to be reviewed and approved by the Henrico Police Crime Prevention Unit and the Chief of Police. Please schedule a separate meeting regarding the CPTED Plan. Per Article 5/Division 5 of the Zoning Ordinance, a lighting plan will be required to be submitted for review and approval. Henrico Police will also look for a landscaping plan. | |||||
