A maintenance agreement must be provided between the developer and the County of Henrico prior to plan approval for irrigation, landscaping, lighting, stamped pavers, etc. within the County right-of-way. This agreement can be found on the Department of Public Works web page at: http://www.co.henrico.va.us/works/Forms2/WordForms/RWMaintenanceAgreement.doc.

Provide documentation from all private utility companies (power, gas, etc.) that authorizes land disturbance within their easements.
