News, Planning FROM: Ralph Claytor, Public Utilities SUBJECT: Vanguard Car Rental Main Lot Renovations, POD# V-262 (No water and/or sewer) DATE: April 27, 2007 We have reviewed the construction plans submitted to the Department of Public Utilities on April 23, 2007. There are no modifications to or extensions of the existing County water and sanitary sewer systems required to serve this project. The existing water meter or sewer service will not be modified. DPU approval of the construction plans is not required. Provide DPU with one set of the approved construction plans for our records in accordance with the POD signature process effective January 8, 2007.
