| Comments: FIRE - RASTEGAR, RUSSELL Provide hydrants to satisfy needed fire flow as established by the ISO calculations. The following GPM credits, as per ISO Standards will apply. Hydrant within 300 ft. of structure = 1000 GPM; 301 ft. to 600 ft. = 670 GPM; over 600 ft. = 250 GPM. Hydrants must be within a 350-ft. hose lay of the building circumference, a minimum of 50 ft. from the structure wall and accessible to fire department apparatus. Measure hose as laid from apparatus. Hydrants must be between 1 ft. and 7 ft. from the curb line and have 4 inch opening facing the street, unless otherwise instructed. Additional Comments 1- ISO Calculation indicate that you need three FH , but you show only two. Please verify the location of the third one. 2- Hose lay to the most remote part of the building is more than 350 feet.(Maximum allowed is 350 feet.) | |||||
